Baguette
A baguette is a long loaf of bread with cruncky crust and soft crumb made with white flour. Our French style baguette doughs are made with a pre-ferment such as poolish which takes up to minimum 12 hours prior to dough making. The long baguettes cutted in pieces are perfect to be used to made small bruschetta or sandwiches or as a side bread for soups or salads.
