NICO Boulangerie has been baking in Indonesia since 2017. We are a wholesale bakery first: roughly ninety-five percent of what we bake is supplied to other businesses, and about five percent is sold retail.

Everything we sell is baked by us, at our own production bakery in Batu Layar, Lombok. From there we run distribution and pickup points in Bali and on the Gili Islands, which is how a kitchen on another island still receives bread that was baked the same night.
Because our customers are kitchens rather than shoppers, the bakery is built for consistency and volume - the same product, to the same specification, week after week.
Two dedicated lines run alongside the everyday baking: gluten-free and vegan, on the same wholesale terms as the rest of the range, so a kitchen can answer a dietary request without going to a second supplier.

Where we reach
We bake in Lombok and hold stock across the islands, with pickup points in Bali and on the Gili Islands. Every site publishes its own address and opening hours.
