Bread
Bread from NICO Boulangerie - baguettes, buns and rolls, rustic sourdough and multigrain loaves, and soft sandwich loaves. The French-style baguette doughs start from a poolish pre-ferment rested at least 12 hours before mixing. Baked in Indonesia and delivered frozen. Gluten-free bagels, burger buns, ciabatta, English muffins and baguettes come from our separate gluten-free bakery.
