How wholesale works
NICO Boulangerie is a wholesale bakery: almost everything it bakes in Batu Layar, Lombok, goes to hotels, restaurants, villas and cafes in Lombok, Bali and the Gili Islands, and every product is certified halal by BPJPH. This page is how ordering works, from a first WhatsApp message to a standing order.

Who we supply
- Hotels - daily breakfast service and in-house outlets
- Restaurants and cafes - bakery supplied to spec
- Villas - standing orders for guest catering
- Resellers - shops and outlets selling NICO bakery on
Most of NICO's range is baked, then frozen at the point it is ready, so it keeps until your kitchen serves it.
What a published price means
Every price on this site is quoted per pack, in Indonesian rupiah, and is net: it excludes PPN, which is added to your order and shown as its own line.
Published prices are per pack, with no quantity breaks: the price per piece falls as the pack gets bigger, and every product page carries its full pack ladder - each pack we sell, how many pieces it holds, and what it costs per pack and per piece. A trade account may also have prices agreed with NICO, which the site shows in place of the published ones when you are signed in.
