A working bakery, not a storefront
We have been baking in Indonesia since 2017. Almost everything that leaves our ovens goes to another business: we are a wholesale bakery, supplying trade customers across the islands.
Our production bakery is in Batu Layar, Lombok. From there we run distribution and pickup points in Bali and the Gili Islands, which is how a hotel on a different island still gets bread that was baked the same night.
Because our customers are kitchens rather than walk-in shoppers, we are built around consistency and volume: the same product, to the same specification, in the quantity a kitchen actually plans around.
Built for trade customers
Wholesale is our main business, not a sideline. If you run a kitchen, a breakfast service or a shop that resells bakery, you are the customer this bakery was set up for.

NICO supplies Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno, with distribution and pickup sites on Gili Trawangan and Gili Air.

NICO supplies hotels, villas, restaurants and resellers in Bali from its Kerobokan and Ungasan sites.

NICO sends its dry line - long-life bakery kept at room temperature - to Jakarta and the rest of Java.

NICO exports its dry line to Australia, reaching Melbourne, Canberra and Perth today.
