Canggu is a delivery area, not a NICO site: orders for Canggu, Berawa and Pererenan are supplied and delivered from NICO's Bali Kerobokan site next door, in south Bali (Badung). Everything is baked by NICO in Batu Layar, Lombok, and most of the range is fully baked, then frozen - never part-baked - so it keeps until a kitchen serves it. Kitchens order on WhatsApp or from a trade account on this site, and an order can also be collected at the Kerobokan counter.
