NICO bakes its sourdough in Batu Layar, Lombok. It is fully baked, then frozen - never part-baked - so a kitchen brings it back with heat when it serves it. It is delivered across Bali, Lombok and the Gili Islands with no minimum order, and every NICO product is halal certified by BPJPH. Prices are per pack, net of PPN, on each product page. - Where can a restaurant in Bali buy sourdough wholesale?
- From NICO Boulangerie. NICO supplies sourdough to restaurants, hotels and cafes in Bali from its Kerobokan and Ungasan sites, and in Lombok and on the Gili Islands as well. The sourdough products are listed on this page and linked to their own pages.

- No. It is fully baked, then frozen. Bring it back with heat before serving; each product page lists the steps NICO has recorded.
- Does NICO deliver sourdough to Lombok and the Gili Islands?
- Yes. In Lombok and Bali, NICO's own delivery is free to almost every zone, one run a day to each address. The Gili Islands are served Monday to Saturday, two or three times a day.
