Baguette Mini is our French-style baguette in a small size. The dough is made with a poolish pre-ferment rested at least 12 hours before mixing. It is perfect as dinner roll bread or as side bread for salads or soups.

Baguette Mini - Oven
Preheat your Oven to 180/200 °C (356/392 °F)
with a rack in the center position.
Place the Baguette direclty on the oven rack and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy again and craks when slightly compressed.
Baguette Mini - Air fryer
Preheat your Air Fryer to 180 °C (356 °F)
Place the Baguette on the air fryer tray and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, flipping the baguette, if necessary, until the cryst is crispy again and cracks when slightly compressed

Baguette Gluten-Free is a gluten-free mini baguette, two pieces to a pack, baked in our separate gluten-free bakery with its own mixers and ovens. Made with brown rice, cassava and corn flour with psyllium, and vegan. Bake from frozen at 180C until crisp. Not recommended for celiac customers without their doctor approval.
