Baguette is a 52 to 53cm French-style loaf with a crisp crust and an open, chewy crumb. The dough starts from a poolish pre-ferment rested at least 12 hours before mixing. Made with wheat flour, water, salt, malt and natural yeast, and vegan.

with a rack in the center position.
Place the Baguette directly on the oven rack and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy again and cracks when slightly compressed. - Baguette Long - Air fryer

Place the Baguette, cut in pieces, on the air fryer tray and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, flipping the baguette, if necessary, until the crust is crispy again and cracks when slightly compressed
